摘要:
为解决美国山核桃Caryaillinoensis嫁接成活率低的问题,采用二因素完全随机区组试验设计,研究美国山核桃不同嫁接时期(2016年7月26日、8月6日、8月16日、8月26日和9月6日)和不同嫁接方法(方块芽接、“T”字形芽接和“工”字形芽接)对嫁接成活率的影响。结果表明,不同嫁接时期之间和不同嫁接方法之间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),并且二者间存在极显著的交互作用;在8月中旬、下旬和9月上旬采用方块芽接法嫁接成活率较高,分别达到80.85%,81.67%和78.47%。研究不同嫁接时期和方法对嫁接成活率的影响对美国山核桃良种繁育具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract:
Experiments by completely randomized block were carried out on grafting survival rate of Caryaillinoensisseedlings with different grafting methods at different date in Macheng, Hubei province.On July 26, August 6, August 16, August 26 and September 6 grafting was made on 2-year C.illinoensis rootstock and on October 2018 investigations were made on survival rate of seedlings.The results showed that there were significant differences of the survival rate among different grafting dates and methods, and had evident interaction between date and methods.The experimentdemonstrated that thesurvival rate of seedlings grated in middle and late ten days of August and early ten days in September by square bud graftingwas80.85%, 81.67% and 78.47%.
