摘要:
为有效防治冬青Ilex chinensis的红蜡蚧Ceroplastesrubens危害,采用枝条浸药法和注干施药法分别测定了2%甲维盐微乳剂、3%噻虫啉微乳剂、2%米尔贝霉素乳油、3%吡虫啉微乳剂和2%阿维菌素乳油5种药剂对红蜡蚧的毒杀效果。结果表明,以1.0 mg·L-1浓度2%甲维盐微乳剂的防治效果最佳,室内条件下,红蜡蚧72h时的校正死亡率达91.98%;林间试验中,50 mL注干施药45 d时对红蜡蚧的防治效果达96.51%。
Abstract:
Collection of 1-instar Ceroplastesrubensnymph on Ilex chinensis was carried out in June 2019 for experiment in lab by branches immerged in 5 pesticides with different concentration and field experiment were conducted in May 2019 in Anji, Zhejiang province by injection of the same pesticides in trunk of I.chinensis and concentration for comparison.The pesticides were as follows: 2% Emamectinmicroemulsion, 3% Thiaclopridmicroemulsion, 2% MilbemycinEC, 3% Imidaclopridmicroemulsionand 2% AvermectinEC.The results showed that 1.0 mg/L of 2% Emamectinmicroemulsionhad the best efficiency toC.rubens, with 91.98% corrected mortality in lab within 72 hours, and 96.51% of control efficiency in the field by injection of 50mL on the 45th day.
