摘要:
为提高油茶Camellia oleifera 籽饼的利用率,以油茶籽饼为原料,通过正己烷一次浸提的方式提取其中的油 茶籽油。通过单因素和正交试验研究了不同提取温度、不同料液比和不同提取时间对油茶籽饼中油茶籽油提取率 的影响。结果表明,最佳的提取工艺条件为:提取温度为40℃,油茶籽饼与正己烷溶剂比例为1∶3(g∶mL), 提取时间为1 h。在此工艺条件下,油茶籽饼中油脂的提取率达到(91.23±0.40)%。
Abstract:
Experiments were conducted on extraction of residual oil from pressed Camellia oleifera seed cake by n-hexane. Single factor and orthogonal tests were implemented for better oil extraction rate with different extraction temperature, ratio of solid-liquid and extraction duration. The result showed that the optimal extraction condition was with extraction temperature of 40℃, ratio of solid-liquid of 1:3, and extraction duration of 1 hour. Under the best condition, camellia oil extraction rate was up to 91.22%.
