2014年4月,对川西云杉Picea likiangensis var. balfouriana进行容器育苗试验,设置了5种不同轻基质配比处理,即P1(泥炭:锯木屑:珍珠岩=4:5:1),P2(泥炭﹕锯木屑﹕珍珠岩=5:4:1),P3(泥炭﹕锯木屑﹕珍珠岩=6:3:1),P4(泥炭﹕锯木屑﹕珍珠岩=7:2:1),P5(泥炭﹕锯木屑﹕珍珠岩=8:1:1),以当地土壤作为对照(CK)基质,研究不同轻基质配比对川西云杉幼苗生长的影响。2016月4月对不同处理幼苗的生长指标进行测定。结果表明,5种轻基质处理的苗高和地径均显著高于CK,其中以P3,P4和P5较大;5个处理的幼苗地上和地下部分生物量均显著高于CK,地上部分生物量P3和P4最大,地下部分生物量P4和P5最大;5种轻基质配方培育的幼苗根系生长均显著优于CK,根系表面积P4最大,总根长和根尖数量P4和P5最大,根系活力P3最大,其次是P4和P5;川西云杉幼苗根系生长指标均与地上部分呈显著正相关。综合考虑成本,以P3处理最优。
Abstract:
In April of 2014, experiments were conducted on container seedling cultivation of Picea likiangensis var. rubescens with different ratio of light media,namelyP1(peat:sawdust:pearlite=4:5:1),P2(peat:sawdust:pearlite=5:4:1),P3(peat:sawdust:pearlite=6:3:1), P4 (peat:sawdust:pearlite=7:2:1), P5 (peat:sawdust:pearlite=8:1:1), and local soil as control. Determinations were implemented in April of 2016 on growth traits of seedlings. The result showed that seedling on different ratio of light media had larger height growth and ground diameter than CK ,especially on P3, P4 and P5. The aboveground and underground biomass of seedlings on different ratio of media were significantly higher than CK, especially on P3 and P4, and the underground biomass of that on P4 and P5 were larger than the others.The root growth including root surface area, root length, root tip number, root biomass and root activity of seedlings on different ratio of light media was significantly better than that on CK. That on P4 had the largest root surface area, on the P4 and P5 had the longest root length and root tip number, that on P3 had the largest root activity. It showed that root growth had significant positive correlation with aboveground grwoth. Integrated analysis concluded that P3 was the best media for cultivation of container seedling of P. likiangensis var. rubescens.
