2014年和2015年的6-7月选取了浙江省15个县(市、区)的193个杨梅(Myrica rubra)基地,测定其土壤的pH值、有机质和铅、镉、砷、汞的含量和杨梅果实中这4种重金属的含量,并对杨梅果实中重金属含量与土壤pH值、有机质和重金属等因素间的关系进行分析。结果表明,杨梅果实中铅、镉、砷、汞的检出率达到100%,其中6个样点铅超标,1个样点镉超标;杨梅果实中4种重金属含量与土壤的pH值、有机质之间无明显的相关性;铅、镉在杨梅果实中的含量与土壤中的含量之间有着极显著的相关性,其相关系数分别为0.791、0.884,砷在土壤中的含量与在杨梅果实中的含量之间有显著相关性,但这种相关性没有铅、镉明显,而汞在土壤中的含量与在杨梅果实中的含量之间没有相关性,杨梅果实中部分重金属含量受土壤中重金属含量影响明显。
Abstract:
Determinations were conducted in June-July of 2014 and 2015 on Pb, Cd, As, Hg content in fruit of Myriea rubra and stand soil, as well as pH and organic matter content in the soil from 193 orchards of 15 counties, Zhejiang province. Analysis was made on relations of tested four heavy metal content in fruit with pH, organic matter content, four heavy metals in the soil. The results showed that detection rate of Pb, Cd, As, Hg content in the fruit reached 100%, among them, Pb content was over-limit in 6 orchards, Cd in 1 orchard. There was no obvious correlation between four heavy metals content in fruit and pH value, organic matter content. Pb and Cd content in the fruit had great correlation with that in the soil, with correlation coefficient of 0.791 and 0.884.The content of As in the soil was significantly correlated with that in the fruit, but no so evident than Pb and Cd. There was no obvious correlation between the HG content in the soil with that in the fruit.
