针对毛竹Phyllostachys edulis 采伐后残留的大量竹蔸,研制了两种竹蔸挖掘设备——竹蔸挖掘机和竹蔸粉碎机,其中竹蔸挖掘机由汽油机、减速齿轮箱、曲柄、连杆、活塞、气缸、刀具、把手、机架等组成,且刀具由刀柄和刀铲组成;竹蔸粉碎机由汽油机、减速箱、把手、机架、刀具等组成,且刀具由芯杆、切割刀具和麻花钻组成,并测试其性能指标和工作效率。结果表明,竹蔸挖掘机的最大挖掘深度为350 mm,挖掘平均时间为163.3s·个-1;竹蔸粉碎机可粉碎竹蔸最大直径为150 mm,粉碎平均时间为142.4 s·个-1。

Bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) culm base excavator and grinder was developed for large amount of bamboo culm base left after cutting. The excavator consists of a gasoline engine, a reduction gear box, a crank, a connecting rod, a piston, a cylinder, a cutter, a handle, a rake, and the cutter has a handle and a shovel.The grinder consists of a gasoline engine, a reducer, a handle, a rake, cutter which has core bar, cutting tool and twist drill.Performance tests on the two machines showed that bamboo culm base excavator had the maximum depth of 350 mm, and the average excavation time of 163.3 s.The maximum diameter of the bamboo culm base crusher reached 150 mm, with mean time of 142.4 s.
