摘要:
推动作为林产品的珍稀濒危物种可持续经营认证对于保护生物、生态环境的多样性、促进森林可持续经营具有重要意义。通过分析《雷斯法案》修正案对珍稀濒危物种可持续经营认证及国际贸易的影响,以ICUN极危物种铁皮石斛Dendrobiumofficinale为例,提出作为生产者要积极开展森林可持续认证,为产品开拓国际市场,同时对于珍稀濒危物种的生产要积极开展去濒工作,助力其国际市场的形成,推动森林认证市场驱动力的提升。
Abstract:
Elucidation and analysis were made on the effect of Amendments to the Lacey Act on the sustainable forest management certification of products made of Dendrobiumofficinaleand international trade.It is suggested that producers should actively carry out sustainable forest certification for better international trade opportunities.At the same time, it is necessary to work for removing the species from the list of rare and endangered species.
