摘要:
为采用水生昆虫作为指示生物,于2016 年6-7 月和9-10 月进行昆虫多样性采集,并应用物种丰富度指 数(dM)、EPT 物种丰度指数、Beck 指数(BI)、科级水平生物指数(FBI)、底栖动物敏感性记分器SIGNAL 指数对磐安大盘山花溪水源保护区水体环境质量进行评价,结果表明,其dM 为23.32,水质等级为最高等级,清 洁;EPT 物种丰度指数为32,水质等级为第二等级,清洁;BI 为101,水质等级为最高等级,非常清洁;FBI 为 2.8,水质等级为最高等级,优;SIGNAL 指数等于6.43,水质等级为最高等级,健康。5 种表征不同水体质量的 指标均显示,花溪水质健康清洁,表明磐安大盘山作为浙江省重点生态功能区和水源保护区,水质未受到污染。 本文所选评价方法操作简单,并具有实时性,可长期对花溪水质进行动态监测。
Abstract:
Collections and identifications of aquatic insects in Huaxi stream of Zhejiang province were conducted twice during June-July and September-October of 2016. The water quality of the stream was assessed by 5 indicators such as species richness index (dM), EPT index, Beck’s biotic index (BI), family biotic index (FBI). The results showed that dM, BI, FBI and stream invertebrate grade number-average level was 23.32, 101, 2.8 and 6.43 respectively, and the water quality was excellent or good and healthy. The EPT index was 32, and the water quality was second grade. The results of biotic index analysis suggested that water quality of the stream was good.
