摘要:
2007年对‘奥斯特’北美冬青(Ilex verticillata ‘Oosterwijk’)种子测定千粒重,2008年和2009年对砂藏和未经砂藏处理的种子进行萌发和育苗试验,2009-2014年观察其苗期生长和结果性状。结果表明:‘奥斯特’北美冬青种子千粒重为6.8 g;砂藏1a后的种子培养箱中发芽率为27%,大田发芽率为24.3%;播种后3~5 a开花、结果,雌雄株比例为1:1;6 年生植株平均株高252.3cm,平均地径3.5cm;未经砂藏的种子萌发率为0;籽播苗的果实颜色与果实密度等观赏特性都不及无性系母株,商品性不强,适宜作育种和砧木材料。
Abstract:
Determination of thousand seed weight of Ilex verticillata ‘Oosterwijk’ in 2007 showed the mean weight of 6.8g. Experiments on germination rate with or without sand storage and seedling cultivation in 2008 and 2009 demonstrated that germination rate of seed without sand storage was zero, and that of 1 year sand storage had mean germination rate of 27% in incubator and 24.4% in open field. Observations on growth of seedlings from 2009 to 2014 indicated that 3-year seedlings started to flower and fruit with 50% of male and female seedlings. Mean height and ground diameter of 6-year seedling was 252.3cm and 3.5cm. Fruit color and density of seedling was less than that of clones.
