摘要:
为快速获得金叶梣叶槭Acer negundo‘Aurea’大规格的新优苗木,采用单因素试验方法,用主干胸径6.0 ~ 8.0 cm的梣叶槭Acer negundo L.在干高2.5 m处进行截干作为砧木;以金叶梣叶槭当年生枝条作为接穗,于2016年夏秋季节在田间进行绿枝高接换头嫁接试验,以期获得金叶梣叶槭的最佳嫁接时间。结果表明,在6月15日、6月25日和8月14日的嫁接成活率均达到100%。在6月份进行嫁接,由于气温、相对湿度(24℃,49%)相对较低,其成活率虽然较高,但不利于嫁接后新梢的萌发及生长。因此,梣叶槭在夏秋期间,最适宜开展金叶梣叶槭绿枝高接换头工作的时间是每年8月,气温、相对湿度在28 ~ 30℃,45% ~ 58%之间,即立秋前后进行梣叶槭的高接换头工作,平均成活率达到96.67%,新梢平均日生长量为2.42 cm。
Abstract:
Experiments of grafting in top (2.5 meter) of Acer negundo were conducted each ten days from June to September of 2016 using twigs of A.negundo‘Aurea’ as scions in Shijiazhuang of Hebei province.The results showed that the survival rate of tow working reached 100%in June 15, June 25 and August 14.Investigations on new shoot growth of grafted scions demonstrated that grafting in June had better survival rate, but lower growth and new shoots.The experiment resulted that the best grafting period was during August 5 to 25, withthe average survival rate of 96.67% and mean daily growth of new shoot of 2.42 cm.
