摘要:
对2017年4月采自安徽省庐江县基地的省沽油Staphyleabumalda嫩叶、花蕾和9月采收的种子进行营养成分分析。结果表明,省沽油嫩叶和花蕾中蛋白含量达6.88 g?100g-1和7.36 g?100g-1,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的29.71%和23.45%,膳食纤维分别占粗纤维的90%和79%,总黄酮含量分别达232.03 mg?100g-1和260.07 mg?100g-1,种仁油中不饱和脂肪酸占86.68%,其中亚麻酸含量达7.78%。
Abstract:
Leaf and flower bud of Staphyleabumaldawas collected in April of 2017 and seed was harvested in September of the same year in Lujiang of Anhui province for determination of nutritional component.The results showed that protein content in leaf and flower bud was 6.88g?100g-1 and 7.36g?100g-1, essential amino acids accounted for 29.71% and 23.45% of total amino acids.dietary fiber, respectively accounted for 90% and 79% of crude fiber.Total flavonoid content in leaf and flower bud reached 232.03 mg?100g-1 and 260.07 mg?100g-1.Moreover, the unsaturated fatty acid in the seeds oil accounted for 86.68%, including 7.78% of linolenic acid.
